Chapter 1000 - 415: Vision of Salvation (Part 2)

"Once these texts are transferred in other directions, the reproduced texts lose meaning, becoming a pile of drawings without reading value, turning into gibberish."

It’s important to realize that in this vast library, although many things are drawn using books, it’s like the floating stone slabs within the central beam of light and any records stored elsewhere.

The texts on them, some you may not recognize, particularly those recorded in non-book forms, are almost completely encrypted.

They possess what is called uniqueness.

They cannot be recorded or reproduced; this knowledge can only be retained in one’s mind.

No one knows how it’s done, and some of this knowledge is essentially unimportant.

The only certainty is that these records are from a very long time ago.

Even in the Golden Era, they would be considered ancient.

"Descendants, you have succeeded."

A loud voice suddenly echoed.

Those reading immediately stood up, looking toward the direction of the voice, which was in the hall of the entire fortress.

The voice belonged to the Crystal Dragon King.

"Does this mean Jason and his group are about to come out?" Alka asked, turning his head.

"It should be, we should hurry over."

Saying this, everyone jumped up and flew through the library’s top opening.

You might ask why they didn’t use the main entrance?

Because they themselves didn’t know where it was.

Just as they were halfway, Alka turned his head to look behind, suddenly realizing someone was missing.

He quickly opened the Teleportation Gate, stuck his head inside, observed for a while, then stretched out his hand and pulled Simon out from his space.

"Jason and his group are about to come out."

A somewhat puzzled Simon looked at the surrounding environment, nodded, and quickly followed the others.

Soon, they returned to the hall.

The hall was still bedecked in the crystal plating appearance of before.

The Dragon King, who had seemed to be in deep sleep upon the throne, had now opened his eyes.

At this moment, in the center of the hall, a Teleportation Gate resembling a crystal sheet was flickering slightly.

Evidently, something was about to emerge?

A surge of light waves passed.

Ulu Liwus and Jason darted out from the Teleportation Gate.

Alka opened his eyes to see, although the duo’s strength seemed unchanged compared to before entering.

But just looking over gave a sense of difference.

The feeling they emitted was different.

Looking at those waiting outside, Jason smiled at them.

The Crystal Dragon approached the throne.

"Grandfather, I have completed the trial."

"Well done, descendant."

Saying this, the majestic dragon head looked at everyone.

"I can sense that you are the same as we were, determined individuals who saved the world from calamity.

You, like us, have felt the pain and agony of the Mother of the World, yet the suffering you experience now, compared to our past, is even greater.

Despite our ultimate failure, we have left behind sufficient feasible legacy."

Saying this, the Crystal Dragon King had a fierce glow in his eyes.

Before everyone could react, they were all frozen in crystal.

Including Ulu Liwus.

Those frozen within the crystal hadn’t completely lost consciousness; rather, they were in an illusion.

In this illusion, it seemed that something was instilling knowledge into them.

There were countless people arguing.

They seemed to be arguing about how to mend the world and rescue it during such a crisis?

"The Prismatic King is dead! Our leader has died, and the world has no chance."

When this voice rang out, he was evidently punched by another shadow nearby.

"Are we gathered here because of the Prismatic King? We are here for this world, for our homeland.

How could we lightly abandon just because the Prismatic King has died? If we all give up, what about the others? What about the warriors of other tribes following us?"

"They abandoned their tribes, even their former faith, to fight for the world.

Would that effort be easily dismissed by giving up? We are not fighting just for ourselves now; it’s for the entire world, for everyone! Try to think this through!"

The yelling of such disputes rang out incessantly, those with differing opinions cursing at each other.

These people were once good friends passionately working towards the same goal.

Evidently, this period should be when the Prismatic King, the Crystal Dragon King outside, died in the explosion.

Which means, during this time, the world should have already shattered into fragments.

The sound was clear, yet the image was blurry; everyone could still see silhouettes through the blurred scene.

They should be within the fortress where everyone currently is, but the fortress had become like now, broken and collapsed yet not entirely fallen.

Rather, it’s floating in the vastness of the cosmos.

Nevertheless, the voice continues trying to save the world without much significance, for the world had already been completely destroyed, becoming fragments.

Evidently, at this time, the Four Gods hadn’t crafted a response to reconstitute the world, and in everyone’s illusion, some blurry figures departed.

Including the radiant Giant Dragons, for with their king’s demise, they too followed the world’s shattering, leaving this place.

In the endless stars seeking new homes, numerous people departed, taking those who stood undecided within the central spot away.
